Always friendly, thorough, and reasonable… Wish we didn’t have to use them as often as we do, but my whole family uses their services, and I recommend them to anyone who asks. They’ll tell you what’s wrong; and break it down between what’s critical and what can wait… The availability of a loaner is a definite bonus, too. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

I had an incident where a driver swerved and nearly hit my car, naturally I steered away to avoid it but went up on the center island and it blew both tires. I had it towed to Ruffing which is close to my home and I had heard good reports about their business. They inspected my Audi A3 and determined its repairs that included 4 new tires and an alignment. They did it all and all the next day. I was so happy to get my vehicle cared for so quickly and really pleased with how informative, thorough, and friendly they were. And at a very reasonable cost. I will be returning to them again but hopefully not because of another near collision!

My visit to Ruffing for an oil change included a very thorough check of my car. The current condition of fluid levels, tire wear, brakes, etc. were explained to me before I left. It gave me the ability to know exactly what condition my car was in and plan ahead for future items.

Nothing rough about Ruffing Automotive! We limped our Yukon in leaking fluids the day before a big trip and even though we ultimately needed the radiator replaced they knew our schedule and turned it around just in time!
