Excellent courteous service.I was informed of needed repairs ,with photos of parts involved, and offered choices.rear wiper didn’t come in as neede,technician came my home and installed same when it came in Great service!

Ruffing was great to work with from the start. They got our car in right away (same day) and kept in contact with us throughout the repairs. Quality work and fast, friendly service. Impressed!

Classic case of “I thought you scheduled the oil change” … So we needed an oil change/tire rotation asap. Ruffing Automotive got us in right away and out very quickly! Great customer service and very friendly staff! We will definitely be back!

Being a college student with a non-functioning car and way out-of-state plates, I was a pretty easy target for a repair shop looking to squeeze more money out of someone. I’m so glad I was recommended to this place, they were able to diagnose and fix my problem, along with other car repairs, for less than I thought just the main issue would cost. Highly recommend.

Had a charging problem on my ‘63 Nova. Called Jennie in scheduling. “Sure. Drop it off & we’ll work you in today. I’ll get u a Courtesy Car.” Dropped it @8:30 …done by 2:30. Bad wiring on the alternator. Fixed it. Very reasonable cost…..but more importantly was Jennie’s service & positive attitude. Mr. Ruffing please give Jennie a raise … NOW🤣 Great Team. Thank you.

Thank you for your quick and excellent work on our Yukon! We traveled through the area on our road trip when we experienced an issue with our shock absorbers. We called Ruffing Automotive and they took us in the very next morning, giving us a loaner for the day while they fixed our car. They didn't have enough people to go get a part needed for the repair of my vehicle. Chris volunteered to personally go and pick it up so that the repair could be done Friday afternoon instead of having to wait until Monday. That small gesture from Chris changed my whole weekend, and allowed me to have my Jeep back to enjoy the sunny weekend weather! I would definitely recommend working with Ruffing Automotive.
