Ruffing is a great place for both maintenance and repairs. They're transparent, personable, and go above and beyond. Not only do they handle the oil change and tire rotation, they also do a multi-point inspection, top off fluids, check your tires, and test your battery. Last time, they even cleaned my windshield, threw out some trash from the front seat, found my missing driving gloves, and gave me free snacks. I also got a loaner van, so I didn't have to wait around or coordinate a ride. Ruffing should honestly be 6 stars.

I came in for an oil change & cabin filter replacement (have a mouse problem in my old garage). It was recommended for me to change the engine air filter, because that's where a nest was. I couldn't afford both filters, so we did that instead. I wasn't pressured, (which happens most everywhere else) to do both...and this is one of the things that brings me back. I feel like I'm dealing with friends!

Brought my 2016 accord in for an alignment after hitting a pothole, and I’m very happy with how it came out. They did a full inspection on my car as well, and informed me of my worn lower control arms, and gave me an estimate on a cost to replace them. Great experience, I will be coming back in the future!

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. They greeted me. I even brought my dog in. They made Roscoe feel warm and invited. They are very warm and friendly. I’d never met these people before in my life and it was like I walked into my home just very friendly, warm, caring and the service was fast and efficient. I had coffee and took Roscoe outside in a picnic area. I could take my dog and sit on the picnic table under the summer trees. Enjoyed the experience. I walked back in and it felt like two minutes later they were done and wrapped up. Of course it was a normal service time, but they made me feel so good and even my vehicle you know they left a treat for me when I got in the car, thanking me for choosing them just overall a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to get my oil changed again there. Even saying that it sounds weird but it’s true. It was just a really good experience. I myself have a small business and I appreciate having this kind of personalized treatment. The price was reasonable and they explained exactly what they did. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fast. Really top-notch 10 out of 10 for me.
