Great service and knowledgeable staff. Work completed within the timeline agreed upon. Review update 9-30-21: It's been well over a year now and I can say I am a loyal customer due to many factors. First off the staff is absolutely top notch! In my dealings with Troy, Chris and Dan we have definitely formed a great working relationship. These guys are second to none. The techs and shop mechanics have performed all of my services to the up most proficiency. Not only does this level of quality keep my business the cost in my opinion is a great value. The vehicle loaners make getting repairs and getting to work more than easy. It's hard to find a place these days that someone can feel they trust and Ruffing Auto most definitely has my trust and my business!!! Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Electrical repair, Steering/Suspension, Oil change, Check engine light diagnostic, Exhaust, Engine repair, Wheel alignment

The guys were great!! I can not thank them enough for the service we received prior to a trip and needed several repairs last minute. The guys were great!! Last month when we were preparing to move our granddaughter to Colorado Springs, we had a quick change of plan of vehicles to take due to weight of our load. The team was quick to agree to an oil change and an inspection. Knowing we were hauling a trailer and much weight in the pickup, they were thorough and quick to help! Being Thursday evening and closing time and our plan to leave Friday mid day, they were able to find several items which we thought were ok, but definitely needed fixing prior to leaving with a load. From brakes and rotors, oil change and fluids, to stabilizer links, they were able to get us on the road by Friday afternoon. Knowing now, the roads, the mountains, all the traveling we did in that week, we are so very grateful for their time, thoroughness and their customer service in order for us to be safe during our travels. The Team even called us on Monday while at our destination to make sure that everything they did worked well, and we were having a good trip. Thankful for the new brakes we had, we traveled Pikes Peak and were grateful that we had NEW brakes. (which was not on our radar just yet) Thanks guys!!! Randy and I will definitely be back!
