Everyone there is customer focused and professional. My older vehicle had been deemed a " basket case" by another shop due to the vehicle age and didnt think any shops worked on older a/c units any longer. Ruffing had my Suburban converted over to modern freon in less than a week and was able to save the original major components saving me money. I love their long long warranty on repairs. Another nice touch was their expert inspection of all major vehicle functions to insure I'm safe traveling in my 1988 vehicle. I have never been to another mechanic who leaves candy and an air freshener on your seat when you leave. What a great touch! I cannot recommend these folks enough.
