I have always done repairs and maintenance on my cars and motorcycles myself. About 45 years now. But getting too old and too busy now. I thought I'd give Ruffing a shot, and they did a great job. Squeezed my car in same day, kept me informed on progress, and told me about some minor things I might want to get taken care of going forward. No pressure, just honest assessment for my own knowledge. They'll be my regular shop going forward. Positively.

Competitive pricing, quality service, friendly and professional. Daughter's vehicle had an oil change and tire replacement was needed and recommended. Shopped around for tires and Ruffing was competitive and had the availability to perform and did.

I called same day to have a random repair done, they got me in and gave me a car to make it easy on me to drop my car off anytime and come back anytime. I also threw in an oil change last minute and they accommodated without hesitation. Great people, good service and fair pricing.

They did a great job on my rear brake service in a timely manner and at a fair price! First time I've ever received a follow-up from the owner asking if I was pleased with their work. I'll definitely be back!

Initially car wouldn't start remotely or manually from inside. Called Ruffing Auto, talked to Chuck and he suggested charging for 45 minutes then try starting. After that failed and not having another vehicle Chuck set up for my vehicle to be towed to their shop which is part of their services. At the shop I was given a loaner curtesy vehicle another one of their benefits. I received a call shortly after that saying it was the battery which I agreed to have installed. Soon after that I got a call my car was ready for pickup. With a new battery, codes cleared and everything back to normal I was on my way. Thank you Jeff and all your techs for another job well done. Awesome shop! Very professional, friendly and honest! Brought my truck in for break inspection and I also had a noise while driving. I dropped my truck off thrusday night using the drop box and by Friday at 10am they called me back with what the found. The explained to me what I should fix and what I could wait on if I couldnt afford it all at once. They were not pushy and I thought the quote was very fair for the work they were doing. I cannot say enough about Ruffing automotive! They were there for us when we had a flat tire and the roadside assistance was going to be 3+ hours before they could help us.
